Clubbell Foundations Introduction
Clubbells are the metal versions of the traditional wooden devices, and these are amazing pieces of exercise equipment which can easily become your only form of strength training or a useful addition to whatever strength training you like to perform on a regular basis. Not only can you train the whole body with a clubbell – it is one of the most functional pieces of equipment because the club literally shaped the human body. The thick, strong opposable thumbs on your hands, the huge range of motion of your “catapult” shoulders, the fact that you walk on two legs – these are all things that are directly related to allow you to wield a club effectively.
There are five workouts in this online course, each containing four key movements, and the idea is that you complete each workout at least one once a week. By the end of 10 weeks, you should not only be able to perform all 20 movements well but be able to put those movements together in whichever way you like.
