The purpose of this workshop is to introduce the WFA flow style of clubbell training. Presented by WFA Founder, Victor Rowse, the workshop is ideally suited to people who have a foundation in clubbell training and wish to learn more about how to link movements together, both in sagittal and frontal plane. Note: Students who have no clubbell background may still attend but would be recommended to use only lighter clubbells (under 10kg) during the workshop. 

The workshop will focus on two key areas:

1. Basic clubbell frontal plane movements:

  • Side Rocket

  • Side Swing

  • Golf Swing

  • Clockwork Squat

  • Side Swipe

  • Mill

2. Flow construction. How to combine movements while maintaining movement quality and consistent rhythm.
