The purpose of this workshop is to introduce the WFA flow style of kettlebell training. Presented by WFA Founder, Victor Rowse, the workshop is ideally suited to people who have used kettlebells before in a traditional style – primarily for sets and reps of sagittal plane movements such as swings, cleans, snatches, squats, and presses, and wish to learn more about linking movements together, both in sagittal and frontal plane.

The workshop will focus on two key areas:

‍ ‍1. Basic kettlebell frontal plane movements:

  • Side Swing

  • Side Clean

  • Side Pull

  • Basketballer

  • Hip Halo

  • Halo

‍ ‍2. Flow construction: How to combine movements while maintaining movement quality and consistent rhythm.

Note: Students who have no kettlebell background may still attend but would be recommended to use only lighter kettlebells (under 12kg) during the workshop.
